14 May 2026 marked an important academic event at the Kyiv Regional Council Communal Institution “Bila Tserkva Applied Humanitarian Pedagogical College” — the Student Scientific and Practical English-Language Conference “Future Teachers in Action: Innovations, Classroom Management, Emotional Wellbeing”.  The conference brought together representatives of college administration, members of the Cycle Commission of Foreign Language Teachers, and students majoring in Primary Education, Preschool Education, and Fine Arts. The event became a valuable platform for future teachers to present their research, exchange ideas, and develop professional English-language communication skills.

The conference aimed to encourage students’ academic and research activities, promote innovative educational technologies, discuss effective classroom management strategies, and raise awareness of psycho-emotional well-being, resilience, and self-care in educational environments. Participants demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills as they shared their pedagogical ideas and practical experiences.

The event featured various presentation formats, including speeches, stand reports, posters, brochures, quizzes, and interactive activities such as Kahoot and video blog presentations, which made the conference dynamic and engaging for all participants.

Among the conference participants and presenters were Yana Vedmid, Oleksandra Ivanchenko, Lesia Melnyk, Ivanna Stepenko, Oleksandra Almuzhna, Daria Zbarazhska, Vira Bubenko, Anna Druz, Anastasia Butenko, Uliana Mazii, Polina Marchenko, and Viktoria Minata. Their presentations demonstrated a high level of creativity, academic interest, and professional motivation.

The organizing committee was headed by Olena Schastlyva, lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, who served as the chairperson and moderator of the conference. The event coordinator was Olha Zhalo, an English teacher.

The conference once again highlighted the importance of academic dialogue, innovation, and emotional well-being in teacher education and inspired students to continue their professional and personal development as future educators.
